[Supine leg raise] Mainly exercises the lower abdominal muscles

[Supine leg raise] mainly exercises the lower abdominal muscles. Lie flat on your back, raise your legs and tighten your lower abdomen. Then contract your abdomen forcefully and raise your legs perpendicular to the ground. Do 4 sets of exercises every other day, reaching exhaustion in each set (until you can no longer do it). There is no limit to the number of sets.
